Equipment responsibility
Equipment remains the responsibility of the renter (customer) from the time of delivery to the time of return. Please make sure equipment is secured and protected when not in use.
Linens
Linens should be shaken free of all food and confetti and dried before you fold them to prevent mildew. Most food stains (i.e. Wine, gravy, icing) are not a problem. However, if items are questionable we will contact you before it is sent to laundry and again after it is returned. If you notice a stain please notify us upon return so that we may tag it for special treatment. Damage charges will apply to linens that are returned with holes, burns, tears, and for stains which do not come out.

Tents
Please make sure the setup area is free of obstacles. After setup keep the canopy free and clear of any debris and snow. Please do not do the following:
- Use crepe paper on tent
- Staple or duct tape anything to the tent
- Cook or make fires near or around the tent
- Leave decorations on the tent after use
- Make alternations to structure of the tent once erected by
