Pricing Prices quoted are for a single use, one day or weekend rental. If you require a longer rental period please inquire for rate information. All charges are for time out, whether used or not. Reservation, Deposits & Payments Your order will be confirmed upon receipt of a 50% reservation deposit. This amount will be non refundable and applied towards your total rental bill. Final payment must be received 7 days before the rental date and can be made by Visa, MasterCard, Debit or Cash. As the reserved items will be made unavailable to other clients, cancellation of the entire item/order will result in the loss of your reservation deposit. At pickup an imprint of your Credit card (Visa/ MasterCard) will be made until returning of the rental equipment. If there is no credit card available damage deposit based on the size of the order will be charged. This amount will be held after your order has been returned until such time that it has been determined that all items have been accounted for and returned in good condition. Any stained, broken, damaged, or missing items and or packing crates will be charged for and the balance remaining from the damage deposit will be refunded to you. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR ORDER IS CORRECT! We do our best to accurately pack your order; however, if you discover any missing or damaged items please inform us immediately after receiving the rental items to avoid any additional charges upon return.
